Discussion

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any tamoti.com service will be adjudicated in the state or Federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. We each waive any right to a jury trial.

Return and refund

​

You can return most products purchased on tamoti.com within 7 days of receipt if:

• if you can prove that you bought the product from www.tamoti.com. - and

• if the purchased product is in unopened packaging.

The returned and received products will be checked. If everything is in order, the product will be refunded within 2 banking days. For returned electronic equipment that runs on batteries and/or AC power, we will perform a digital software test to verify that the returned product is intact. In case of certified intactness, the purchase price of the product will be refunded within 2 banking days.

We cannot refund the price of the following products:

• Subscription or gift voucher purchased at tamoti.com or in the app

• For some cosmetic products and dietary supplements, we cannot refund the price of the product. These products contain ingredients that are prohibited for import into certain countries.
